Wings Over America Scholarship Foundation, formerly Wings Over the Atlantic, was established in 1987. Our mission is to provide college scholarships to dependent children and spouses of US Navy service members in Naval Aviation – Officer and Enlisted, active duty, retired, honorably discharged or deceased. Recipients are selected on the basis of scholastic merit, community service and extracurricular activities.

WOASF awards more than 50 scholarships annually and has awarded over $870,000 since 1987.
