MP Articles Food Network star and celebrity chef Marcela Valladolid, will sign copies of her new cookbook, “Mexican Made Easy,” at two San Diego County Costco locations on Saturday, Jan. 7.
In “Mexican Made Easy,” the author shows just how simple it is to create beautiful and tasty dishes that are full of Mexican flavors and finally shares the recipes her fans have been waiting for. In a cookbook that ties into her popular TV show of the same name, Valladolid offers 100 easy recipes and 80 color photos that bring all the energy and fresh flavors from her show to the kitchen of home cooks.
