CORONADO, Calif. – Captain Donald R. Shunkwiler relinquished command of Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Pacific to Captain Humberto L. Quintanilla II during a “change of command” ceremony held on Friday, March 9, at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado.
Shunkwiler will retire after 30 years of naval service. Quintanilla served as the Commander, Amphibious Squadron FIVE in San Diego, California.
